Please check garments thoroughly upon delivery before removing any attached tags. If you need to return or exchange your purchase please email us email@example.com to obtain a Returns Authorisation (RA) number.
Any request for a return should indicate the reason for the return in writing and must be made to Studio mg strictly within 7 days of receiving the delivery. RA numbers will not be issued after 7 days, and therefore items cannot be returned for a refund.
Returned goods are accepted within 14 days of receiving the delivery.
Sale items cannot be exchanged or refunded.
Returned goods must be unworn, have all swing tags attached and be in their original condition. Shoes that are not returned in their original box will not be accepted for return. All returned items will be reviewed for quality before return is accepted and processed.
Items must be returned in person or via Australia Post, Express Post or Registered Post within Australia. Please remember to record the tracking number. We cannot be held responsible for goods that are lost or damaged in transit to us.
The postage cost for returned goods is the customer’s responsibility. Studio MG will only reimburse in the case of faulty or incorrectly supplied goods. We do not refund initial shipping charges (if applicable) for goods returned. Items we exchange for you will be re-sent at your cost. Your own return postage costs are non-refundable unless the item was damaged or faulty.
