Refund policy

 

Please check garments thoroughly upon delivery before removing any attached tags. If you need to return or exchange your purchase please email us info@studiomg.com.au to obtain a Returns Authorisation (RA) number.

Any request for a return must be done within 7 days of delivery and should indicate the reason for the return. A request to return goods after 7 days will not be accepted, and therefore items will not be eligible for a refund.  Once you have received you RA, items must sent or returned to our store in person within 7 days.  Items received outside of this timeframe will not be accepted by us. Goods will be held at Studio MG awaiting your collection or returned to you at your expense.

All Sale/Promotional Sale items are FINAL and cannot be exchanged or refunded.

Returned goods must be unworn, have all swing tags attached and be in their original condition.  All returned items will be reviewed before the return is accepted and refund processed.

Items may be returned in person or via Australia Post/courier. Please remember to record the tracking number. We cannot be held responsible for goods that are lost or damaged in transit to us.

The postage cost for returned goods is the customer’s responsibility. Studio MG will only reimburse in the case of faulty or incorrectly supplied goods.  We do not refund initial shipping charges (if applicable) for goods returned. Items we exchange for you will be re-sent at your cost. Your own return postage costs are non-refundable unless the item was damaged or faulty.

Please note: For items that were eligible for free shipping a $12 shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.  Items purchased using Afterpay will only be eligible for a refund amount LESS the 6% Afterpay fee.
